Alison Kinnaird who is an internationally famous harpist and glass engraver, and a Midlothian neighbour at Temple, will be this year's judge and award the Penicuik Turner Prize at the Preview of the Summer Open Exhibition in the West St Arts Centre on Saturday 21 August.
